如果说到智能手机，iPhone 和 Nokia 是两个不得不提的家伙，iPhone 正在全球如日中天吞噬智能手机的市场份额，而 Nokia 这个巨头则依然称霸美国以外巨大部分地区，Twitter上 @kcome 兄认为Nokia 在美国市场的失败是个谜，或许那位老兄还会想到Palm Pre和Android，恩，我觉得Palm 时代已经过去了，Android时代还没到来。
我把朋友的iPhone拿来玩了两周，其实算不上多有研究，相比来说Nokia 的S60系统我就比较了解一些了。论坛上总是看到iPhone 和Nokia 用户因为审美观不同而互骂，而我却对这两家公司手机软件设计的思路产生浓厚的兴趣。
FeedSquares is a Chrome extension (and an Android app) which puts a pretty face on your existing Google Reader feeds. It’s quite lean and is still lacking some key features, but it’s fast and it does work. Your feeds are represented as a bunch of squares (you guessed it!), and your categories are listed above. When you click a category, all feeds dim down, and only those related to that category pop up and are visible and bright. The background can be toggled between night and day mode (dark and bright, in other words).
The items for each feed appear as a horizontal strip near the bottom of the window. When you click on an item, it opens, still within Squares.
